PIRATE’s excursion 2024

Is the cold wind and the soggy socks already getting on your nerves? How about enjoying some culture and the warmth of the sun in Athens? Now is the perfect opportunity for that as PIRATE’s annual Excursion is conveniently scheduled after recovering from the May Day festivities!

The Excursion will be held from May 11th to May 14th. Our destination is the Greek capital Athens where we’ll explore together! The idea of Excursion is to be an educational trip. In Athens we will be visiting the local medical school’s collection!

Ticket sales begin on April 17th at 1:00 PM on Kide.app. The ticket includes transportation from Tampere to Helsinki and back, flights to Athens, accommodation in a hostel (including breakfast) a study visit and a overall patch. Tickets are available in limited quantities, so be ready to secure your spot for this unforgettable trip! Please note that to purchase a ticket you must be a member of PIRATE and you can buy only one (1) ticket.

All our events are harassment free. If you encounter any kind of harassment or other inappropriate treatment at our events you can contact our trained anti-harassment contact persons Marianne (hairinta.marianne@piratery.fi) or Joona (hairinta.joona@piratery.fi).

So, take an early start to summer and join us on this memorable journey!
